In addition to wines for Els Vinyerons, Amòs also makes his own collection. In 2011, Amòs traded his life as a pharmacist for 5.5 hectares of old vines on a hill outside Vilafranca del Peñedes. Peñedes, an area in an ancient riverbed and a repository of fossilized oysters, is mainly Cava terroir. But Amòs prefers to make still wines with these native grapes.
Mainly planted are Xarel-Lo, Macabeu & Parellada. Different types of terroir; limestone, calcareous clay and sand. This is where he makes his unique wines.
