Kéké (Kevin) Descombes started in 2013, when he was able to take over 4 hectares of vines from his father Georges Descombes. Wine estates with appellation Beaujolais and Morgon.
Gamay is the main grape grown in Beaujolais. Kéké also has plots with Chardonnay.
All operations on the site are done manually. Vinifications mainly in 'maceration carbonique'. He believes that the quality of the grape appears best.
