The winery where it all started for Sol. First under the name Klur, now under Tack&Glou. The Klur family has been making wine in Katzenthal since the 17th century. In 1999 they decided to completely convert the vineyards to an organic and biodynamic system.
Now that daughter Elisa has everything in hand, they work completely naturally on a small scale. And the estate evolved into an Ecolieu, including a farm.
