Yannick started in 2004 in appellation 2004. He has 13 hectares of vines. It contains 5 different grape varieties for making its red wines; Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault & Carignan. The plots are relatively far apart, allowing him to enjoy different types of terroir; Shale, clay, limestone and rolled pebbles & clay. All the vines are 10 to more than 100 years old.
Yannick makes powerful, full-bodied wines. Which are gems for both the classic wine drinker and the natural wine lover.
